Superwash Merino is one of the natural colored wool fibers offered by Worsted Spinning New England.

Superwash treatment is a chemical process by which the scales on wool fiber are removed. By removing these scales, the fiber becomes resistant to felting and shrinking. An added bonus is a more intense dye strike.
